Steps:
- Grease an 8x8x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add sweetened condensed milk. Stir with a rubber spatula until butter and milk are uniformly combined and small bubbles are forming in the center of the mixture, about 2 minutes. (When you first begin stirring they will look separated.) Add the bag of marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt and stir again. Remove from heat.
- Stir rice cereal and remaining cup of marshmallows into the pot to combine. Transfer to the prepared pan and press down lightly with a sheet of plastic wrap; don't pack them down too hard or they will lose their inherently soft and gooey texture. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Let set up on the counter for at least 1 hour. Cut into 16 squares.

- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray.
- Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec. Add cereal; mix well. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Decorate with sprinkles, pressing gently onto cereal; cool.
- Use foil handles to lift cereal mixture from pan; cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Or, use knife to cut into bars.

- Beat softened butter, sugar substitute, egg, and vanilla together until fluffy.
- Combine crushed cereal, flour, baking powder,and salt until blended. Add to above mixture, adding water if necessary. Add rest of cereal, and chocolate chips. Keep adding water if too dry.
- Roll into balls, flatten, and place on cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart. Bake in 375°F oven for 10 minutes.

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Combine the vanilla with the baking soda and add to the butter/sugar mixture. Stir in the flour 1 cup at a time. Gently stire in the Rice Krispies. Do not over mix.
- Scoop 2-tablepoon sized mounds onto prepared baking sheets, making sure to space them at least 2 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and quickly but gently flatten with a spatula. Return to oven (rotating pans front to back, top to bottom) and bake an additional 25 minutes, until lightly golden and cracked on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet 8 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.

- Butter a 9 x 13 dish, set aside. Melt butter in a large nonstick saucepan over medium low heat. Stir in salt. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in Sugar Cookie Mix. Fold in Rice Krispies Cereal and stir until evenly coated. Pour mixture into buttered dish. Using a buttered spatula, spread mixture evenly into pan. Allow to cool slightly, about 2 minutes, then cut into 12 squares. Using your hands, round edges of squares by cupping your hands and gently pressing on corners (I also flattened them a bit but not necessary). Frost each "cookie" with Sugar Cookie Frosting and sprinkle with optional sprinkles. Store in an airtight container.
