Steps:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Mix the ground beef, heavy cream, Worcestershire and the salt and some pepper in a bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ingredients. Form 1/4 cup of the meat mixture into patties, making 16 patties total. Make an indentation with your thumb to keep the patties from plumping too much when they cook.
- Grill the sliders until just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and pile on a platter.
- Toast the halved buns on the grill. Place the sliders between the buns and serve immediately.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until slightly crisp, about 8 minutes. Remove from the pan and cut into bite-size pieces.
- In a separate pan, cook the onions in the butter over a low heat until caramelized, 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Use a fork to crumble the gorgonzola.
- Put the bacon, caramelized onions and crumbled gorgonzola into separate bowls. Serve as delicious toppings for both sliders and macaroni cheese.

Steps:
- Form the meat into 12 miniature patties and salt and pepper them on both sides. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties until just about done in the middle, approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of grease, then return the skillet to the stove.
- Through the diced onion into the skillet and cook over medium high heat, stirring, about 3 minutes. Pour in the whiskey (turn off open flame first). Stir, then allow the whiskey to reduce by half, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the jalapeños and the barbecue sauce.
- Reduce the heat to low and place the patties in the barbecue sauce, turning to coat. Allow the patties to simmer in the sauce until everything is hot and bubbling. Season with salt.

- For the marinade: Combine the honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken cutlets and toss to coat. You can the cook the cutlets straight away or cover and marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
- For the rolls: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the rolls on a sheet pan. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter and sprinkle over the seasoning. Bake to warm through and toast slightly, 5 to 6 minutes, then set aside.
- For the filling: Meanwhile, grill the chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side. Flip and top each with a halved piece of bacon and a halved piece of Cheddar. Continue to cook until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through, 3 to 4 more minutes. Remove.
- Separate the rolls and slice in half horizontally. Place the bottoms on a platter and top each one with a tablespoon of ranch dressing, a lettuce leaf and a chicken piece. Add a slice of tomato, some fried onions and pickled jalapeños to each. Add the tops of the rolls and place a decorative toothpick through each slider. Serve.
