EASY CROISSANT BREAKFAST SANDWICHES
Flaky croissants are filled with ham, eggs and cheese and baked until golden and melty making these Easy Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches the prefect breakfast.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.Cook eggs according to your preferred doneness, set aside.
- Slice your croissants in half, set aside.
- In small bowl heat your butter and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved, stir in your mustard.
- Brush on one side of your croissant.Place about 4-5 slices of ham on bottoms of each of the croissants, top with a slice of cheese and top with 1/4 of your scrambled eggs.
- Place your other half of the croissant on top and wrap in tinfoil.
- Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

- Cook the egg with the yolk broken to your taste. Fry bacon to medium doneness. In the same pan after disposing of any excess bacon grease, lightly fry the ham. Cut croissants in half, and layer egg, bacon, ham and cheese.

Steps:
- Grab your skillet and cook up some eggs! However you like them!
- Then toss some ham on the skillet and cook for a minute or so on each side. Depending on how hot your skillet is!
- Then once you egg is cooked top with a slice of cheese and them the hot ham!
- Grab your croissants and slice them open.
- Spread on some mayo and then place on the bacon and then add the egg/ham/cheese combo right in there!
- Then serve!
CROISSANT BREAKFAST SANDWICH
Steps:
- In a griddle or frying pan, over medium heat, cook eggs over-easy.
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Cut croissants, and place the top and bottom of each croissant center-side up on a baking sheet.
- Top the bottom of each croissant with two eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 1/4 the avocado slices, and one slice of cheddar cheese.
- Broil the open-faced sandwiches, as well as the tops of each croissant, for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and the croissant starts to crisp slightly.
- Remove from the oven, place the top of each croissant on each bottom, and serve warm.

Quick breakfast sandwich. Croissants are calorie ridden to begin with so I don't add any extra spread since warming it in the oven brings the butter out and the cheese keeps it moist. Croissant will toast quickly so watch closely.

- Set the oven to broil.
- Lightly pan fry turkey in a skillet sprayed with Pam and set aside.
- Whisk egg whites with 2% milk, salt and pepper and scramble in same skillet as turkey.
- Cut croissant in half with a serrated knife.
- Break cheese slice in half and layer on one side of croissant and then place in oven.
- Watch closely and remove when cheese is melted.
- Layer turkey on top of cheese followed by eggs, top with other half of croissant.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mash avocado in a bowl using a fork or potato masher. Stir garlic salt, lemon juice, and oregano into mashed avocado.
- Arrange split croissants on a work surface. Place 2 slices turkey on bottom half of each croissant. Layer 1 slice Swiss cheese and 2 bacon slices atop each turkey layer. Place each croissant top over bacon layer. Arrange sandwiches on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Open each sandwich and place 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf atop bacon layer. Lightly spread 1 teaspoon mustard and 1/4 the avocado mixture onto each croissant top. Return each top to each sandwich.
