SMUCKER'S APRICOT SWEET AND SOUR PORK
This came from the Smucker's website. I love using preserves instead of fresh fruit when I can get away with it. It is just easier and cheaper for me :) I haven't tried it yet, but I fully intend to the next time I'm feeling a bit porky! Prep and cook times are a guess because the website doesn't really specify.

SWEET & SOUR PORK CHOPS
What can I say...I like things simple. Here is another recipe that is taken from Campbell's Dinner's On in 30 Minutes or Less that is quick and goes great served with rice. It calls for condensed chicken broth with garlic & herbs but I have in the past used plain chicken broth and added a touch of garlic and whatever dried herbs I have on hand.

HONEY APRICOT PORK CHOPS
These are absolutely divine!! So simple and so beautiful...this is definitely a trick up my mom-sleeve! They look like they require so much more effort than they really do. I love to serve them with roasted asparagus topped with a homemade lemon vinaigrette or some green beans.
