SWEET MAPLE PARFAITS
Break out the maple-flavored or pancake syrup to make these luscious parfaits. They only take 15 minutes to prep for chill time in the fridge.

Steps:
- Microwave nuts, 2 Tbsp. syrup and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring every 30 sec. Spread onto large sheet of foil; cool completely.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Add 1/4 cup of the remaining syrup; mix well. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
- Spoon 1/3 of the wafer crumbs evenly into 6 dessert dishes; top with layers of half each of the pudding mixture and remaining COOL WHIP. Sprinkle with remaining wafer crumbs. Repeat layers of pudding and COOL WHIP; top with nuts.
- Refrigerate 1 hour. Drizzle remaining syrup over parfaits just before serving.

SWEET POTATO AND MARSHMALLOW PARFAITS
Inspired by classic marshmallow-topped sweet potato casseroles, these parfaits make a unique dessert for the holidays. The secret ingredient is jarred marshmallow creme, which is used to make two delicious layers. First it's mixed with sweet potato puree to form a foolproof shortcut mousse. Then it's beaten with heavy cream and vanilla bean seeds to make a perfectly sweet marshmallow whipped cream.

- Beat the cream cheese at medium speed in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until smooth. Add the sweet potato puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon salt and beat until smooth and combined. Add 1 jar of the marshmallow creme and beat at low speed until the marshmallow starts to soften, then beat at medium speed until incorporated. Scrape the mixture into a pastry bag or large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate while you make the marshmallow whipped cream.
- Remove the paddle from the stand mixer and switch to a whisk attachment. Combine the heavy cream and vanilla bean seeds in a clean bowl and beat at medium speed until soft peaks form. Add the remaining jar of marshmallow creme and a pinch of salt. Beat at low speed until the marshmallow starts to soften, then beat at medium speed until stiff; do not overbeat. Scrape the mixture into another large resealable bag.
- Cut off just the tips of the pastry bags. Starting with the sweet potato mixture, pipe half the mixture into six 8-ounce glasses. Pipe half the whipped cream mixture on top. Repeat the layering one more time. Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 2 hours before serving. Top with chopped candied ginger, if using, just before serving.
SWEET BERRY PARFAIT
Creamy yogurt parfaits make deliciously balanced breakfasts or snacks. Use this formula: 2/3 cup yogurt, 1/2 chopped fruit, 2 tablespoons crunch, 1 teaspoon drizzle, and 1 teaspoon chopped fresh herb to make your own version.

Steps:
- Combine pecans, 2 tablespoons of the syrup and the butter in small microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on high 2 minute or until thickened, stirring every 30 sec.
- Spread onto large piece of waxed paper or foil; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, pour milk into medium bowl.
- Add dry pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minute or until mixture is well blended and starts to thicken.
- Add 1/3 cup syrup; mix well. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
- Spoon 1 tablespoons of the cookie crumbs into each of six dessert dishes; top each with layers of 3 tablespoons of the pudding mixture, 1 tablespoons of the remaining whipped topping and 2 tablespoons of the remaining cookie crumbs.
- Repeat layers of pudding and whipped topping.
- Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
- Drizzle remaining 2 tablespoons syrup evenly over parfaits just before serving.
