1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. apricot jam
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 cup slivered almonds
round buttery crackers

Steps:

Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate.
Top with jam, pepper and nuts.
Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through. Serve with the crackers.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
8 Ritz crackers

Steps:

put 3 tbs of butter or margarine into microwaveable cup and microwave for 20 seconds or until melted.
put 4 tbs of cream cheese in with butter, mix.
when cheese and butter are about half way mixed, add 1 tbs of sugar.
when mixed throughly, add the other tablespoon of sugar and blend throughly.
chill mixture in freezer for 10 minutes, or chill in refridgerator for an hour (recomended).
stir with butter knife, then spread evenly onto crackers.

In a large bowl, combine the cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Spoon into a greased 1-qt. baking dish. , Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges; stir. Serve with crackers or breadsticks.

2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped black olives
1 medium tomatoes, diced

Steps:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and spread in glass pie plate or any oven safe serving dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until spread is bubbly.
Serve as a spread with toasted baguette slices or as a dip with tortilla chips (our favorite way!).
