Here's what you need: chicken breasts, salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper, soy sauce, ketchup, cider vinegar, noodle, sesame seed

2 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
9 oz noodle, cooked
sesame seed, to garnish

Steps:

  • Sear the chicken until golden brown in the pan with the salt and pepper. Take out and set aside.
  • In the same pan, fry the garlic and red pepper for a couple of minutes before stirring in the soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar.
  • Add the chicken and noodles, and mix together for another couple of minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds.
  • Enjoy!

Serve with your favorite chicken, pork, or beef as a refreshing side dish. You can substitute red, yellow, or orange peppers for the green to add extra color to this dish.

1 (16 ounce) package small seashell pasta
2 cucumbers - peeled, quartered, and cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped into 3/4-inch pieces
1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimento peppers
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup cider vinegar
¾ cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook seashell pasta at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Mix pasta, cucumbers, onion, green bell pepper, and pimento peppers in a large bowl.
  • Whisk tomato soup, sugar, vinegar, and oil together in a bowl until smooth; pour over pasta mixture. Stir to coat. Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours before serving, stirring occasionally.

1 package (16 ounces) tricolor spiral pasta
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
DRESSING:
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon salt, optional
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Place in a large serving bowl. Stir in the onion, tomato, cucumber, green pepper and parsley; set aside. , In a small saucepan, combine the dressing ingredients. 1 can (14 ounces) baby corn nuggets, drained

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, but do not drain.

1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons raisins
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 lime, juice of
1 teaspoon lemon peel, dried finely grated
1 teaspoon clear honey
2 tablespoons coriander seeds, ground
8 ounces bow tie pasta
black pepper
parmesan cheese, fresh, shaved (optional)

Steps:

  • Quarter the peppers and remove the stalks and seed. Put the quarter in boling water and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water, then peel off the skina nd cut the flesh into strips lenghtwise.
  • Put the garlic, capers, raisins, mustard, lemon rind, lime juice, honey and pepper in a bowl and whisk.
  • cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente and then drain completely.
  • Return pasta to the pan and then add the pepper strips and dressing. Heat gently tossing to mix. Place in warm serving bowl and serve with shavings of cheese if desired.

1 onion, chopped
1 leek, chopped
1 small carrot, grated
1 (6 ounce) can tuna
1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Chinese five spice powder
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta

Steps:

  • Cook penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
  • Place the onion, leek, and carrot in a saucepan with the olive oil and sauté for a few minutes until the onions become translucent.
  • Place the tomatoes, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Chinese five spices into the saucepan and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the drained tuna fish and cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes.
  • When you are ready to serve, season with salt, stir in a few spoonfuls of creme fraiche and pour the sauce over the cooked penne.
  • Note: you can pick up the Chinese five spices at any grocery store in the Oriental isle. If not, try any Chinese specialty food store.

1 diced onion
250 g cooked diced bacon
125 ml cooked peas
250 ml tomato sauce

  • cook the pasta as per packet directions.
  • fry the bacon and add the diced onion towards the end.

16 oz tri-colored noodles
4 medium carrots, shredded
1 large sweet green pepper,diced
1 large sweet red pepper,diced
1 small sweet onion, diced
FOR THE DRESSING:
2 c real mayonnaise
1 can(s) (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c sugar (regular white sugar)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles according to package (about 8 minutes) or until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine the drained noodles,carrots,peppers and onions.
  • 3. In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise,milk, vinegar, sugar,salt and pepper. Pour over the noodle vegetable mixture and toss to coat.
  • 4. Cover and refrigerate over night. You can add any veges you like and even meat if you choose to. Cubes of cheddar cheese is also nice in this recipe.
