Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Smash blackberries in a bowl until they are mostly liquid, with only few chunks remaining.
- Combine sugar, water, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Whisk out lumps and turn heat to high. Bring to a boil and stir; continue to cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add blackberries and mix together; set aside.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Add butter and mix with your hands until clumpy and crumbly.
- Press pie pastry into a pie pan and add blackberry filling; top with crumble.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the bottom of the crust is cooked and golden, 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for filling to set, about 1 hour.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine 1 cup sugar , sour cream, flour and salt and set aside.
- Place all of the berries in shell and pour combined sour cream mixture on top of the berries. DO NOT MIX! The goal is to spread the sour cream mixture on top so it's like a top layer.
- Combine bread crumbs sugar and butter and sprinkle on top of the pie.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

- Make pie crust. Whisk flour and salt in a large bowl. Use a knife to cut shortening into chunks. Add to flour mixture and cut it in with a pastry blender or your fingers until there are no pieces larger than a pea.
- Whisk together egg, vinegar, and 4 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Add to flour and stir with a fork until a dough forms. Add another tablespoon of water, but only if dough will not hold together when you pick it up and squeeze it in your hands.
- Divide dough into 2 pieces and shape into discs. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 60 minutes to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a lightly floured surface roll 1 piece of dough out to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Shape dough to fit pie plate, folding edges over and crimping the edges. Prick bottom and sides with a fork.
