Fruity, sweet and tart punch that serves a crowd and packs a PUNCH!

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

3 cups silver tequila
2 cups cranberry juice
2 cups orange juice
2 cups pineapple juice
3 cups club soda
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1 (12-ounce) can lemonade concentrate, thawed
Optional: Kosher salt for rimming glasses and orange and lemon slices for garnish

Steps:

Rim glasses with kosher salt, if desired.
Pour tequila, cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, club soda, orange liqueur and lemonade concentrate in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Stir well to combine. Pour into a glass with ice and garnish with fruit slices, if desired.

To make watermelon puree, put seedless chunks of watermelon in a blender and pulse, then push the puree through a mesh sieve to make it smoother. (Cutting a whole watermelon might make your kitchen look like a Gallagher set, so it's O.K. to use precut watermelon from a supermarket.)

1 part silver tequila
1/2 part fresh lime juice
Seltzer
Sliced jalapeno
Coarse sea salt
Ice
Agave nectar (optional)

Steps:

In a large pitcher or bowl, stir together the watermelon puree, tequila and lime juice.
To sweeten, adjust with agave nectar.
To serve, pour into glasses over ice, top each glass with seltzer, a pinch of sea salt and slices of jalapeno.

12 oz blackberry
2 cups tequila
4 limes, sliced
4 sprigs fresh mint
24 oz ginger beer
24 oz club soda

Steps:

In a large bowl, crush blackberries into a pulpy mixture. Pour in tequila.
Slice limes and add them with mint sprigs, and stir mixture. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Right before serving, pour cold ginger beer and club soda into the mixture. Serve.
