THAI CHILI VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
Inspired dressing from "Thai Spicy Chicken Salad" from Panera Bread. The dressing requires only 6 ingredients and super easy to make!

Steps:
- Add salt, Stevia, and vinegar in a small bowl and heat them up in microwave for 30 seconds to let the salt and Stevia dissolve.
- Add peanut sauce, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce into the same bowl. Mix the ingredients together.
- Pour the dressing over a salad that you prepare and ENJOY!

ASIAN SLAW WITH SPICY THAI VINAIGRETTE
A delicious spicy slaw adapted from a recipe courtesy of Joe's Farm Grill in Gilbert, Arizona. this is a burger joint that grows most of the food they use and has awesome food! Adapted from Guy Fieri's cookbook, "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Guy says the slaw is most amazing! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Whisk all ingredients except oils in a large bowl. Slowly drizzle in oils while whisking. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and lime juice if needed.
- Combine the vegetables in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Toss to mix thoroughly. Pour in the Thai vinaigrette to taste and toss to mix. Adjust, adding more if desired. Enjoy!

Steps:
- In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, sugar, and salt. Shake well.

ROASTED VEGETABLES WITH THAI VINAIGRETTE (THAILAND)
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Put all the vegetables on a baking sheet and toss with the oil to coat. Sprinkle with salt and roast until they are soft and pliable, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- While the vegetables are roasting whisk together all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a small bowl. Remove the vegetables from the oven and put them in a bowl along with the papaya. Add the vinaigrette in stages to make sure the vegetables are well coated but not overdressed. Add the basil and papaya and toss. Arrange on a pretty platter alternating the vegetables. Garnish with the lime wedges, peanuts, and cilantro. Drizzle with 1 or 2 more spoonfuls of the vinaigrette and serve. Delicious!

CUCUMBER SALAD WITH THAI VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
Very refreshing! I had a Cucumber Salad at a local Thai restaurant and tried to duplicate it. This has a nice little kick!

- In a small bowl whisk together rice vinegar, sweet Thai chili sauce, sesame oil, sugar, granulated garlic and salt.
- Place sliced cucumber and onion in another bowl. Pour vinaigrette over and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Toss once more before serving.
- I don't think it gets much easier than that. Enjoy! :).
