BIG DADDY SHANDY

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, add all the ingredients and mix together. Garnish with slices of fresh lemon and lime.

BIG DADDY PARFAIT

Steps:

• In a small bowl, mix orange zest, sugar and coconut. Set aside.
• In large 2-quart dish or big martini glass start assembling parfait by layering granola, yogurt and then fruit, bananas, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Repeat until all is layered. Sprinkle coconut mix over fruit.
• In a large bowl, fold pineapple into whipped cream and put a scoop on top of each serving. Garnish with mint.

J.P.'S BIG DADDY BISCUITS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
• In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Cut in the shortening until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Gradually stir in milk until dough pulls away from the side of the bowl.
• Turn out onto a floured surface, and knead 15 to 20 times. Pat or roll dough out to 1 inch thick. Cut biscuits with a large cutter or juice glass dipped in flour. Repeat until all dough is used. Brush off the excess flour, and place biscuits onto an ungreased baking sheet.
• Bake for 13 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges begin to brown.

THE BIG DADDY CADDY MARGARITA

Steps:

• Shake tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour mix, and lime juice with ice. (my hubby does a dance move--it's very humorous).
• Take margarita glass or any preferred glass and dip in lime juice to coat rim.
• Next dip into kosher salt or margarita salt (I'm pretty sure they are the same) until coated.
• Pour cocktail in dropping a few ice cubes to have an "on-the-rocks" feel.
• Float Grand Marnier on top.
• Add straw and garnish with lime.

JIMMY BUFFETT'S MARGARITAVILLE PERFECT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients except for the lime into a shaker.
• Squeeze 2 of the lime wedges into the shaker and then Shake Well.
• Rim outside of glass only with lime and then with salt.
• Add fresh crushed ice to glass and then strain mixture over ice. Squeeze remaining lime wedge in glass.

CLASSIC MARGARITA FOR A CROWD RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Rub a lime wedge around the rims of 12 margarita glasses, then dip in the coarse salt.
• In a large pitcher, combine the remaining 3 cups (420 G) of ice, the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave. Stir well.
• Fill each glass with ¼ cup (35 G) ice, garnish with lime wheels, and pour in the margaritas. Serve immediately.
