1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, butter, creamed corn, corn niblets, and corn muffin mix.
  • Pour into a casserole dish or 9-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until set.

1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn, undrained
4 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

  • In large bowl, mix together butter, sour cream and egg.
  • Stir in cans of corn and corn muffin mix.
  • Spoon mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake in preheated 375-degree oven, about 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, add cheese, stir well.
  • Return to oven, bake additional 15 minutes, or until dish is slightly puffed, bubbly, and browned around the edges.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In a large bowl, mix together, butter, sour cream, egg.
  • Stir in cans of corn and corn muffin mix.
  • Spoon into buttered 2 quart casserole.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Add cheese and stir well.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until dish is slightly puffed.

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
4 oz mild green chiles
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup real bacon bits

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
  • Heat butter in skillet over medium heat and add corn, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until heated.
  • Stir in cream cheese, chilies, butter and milk. Cook until smooth. Fold in bacon and 3/4 cup of cheese.
  • Spread into prepared dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese and extra if desired.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly.

4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs in mixer until foamy. Add both corns, butter, drip and pepper. Mix well. Stir in muffin mix by hand. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake until knife come out clean and casserole is nicely browned. About 55 minutes.
