CRANBERRY FRUIT RELISH
Rich color, a perky texture and tongue-tingling flavor make this relish a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. It's lovely for a special dinner, a ladies luncheon or as a stand-alone salad topped with cottage cheese. It's also a great way to use up holiday cranberries. -Henryetta Lewis Santa Fe, New Mexico

THREE-FRUIT (CRANBERRY) RELISH
This is my favorite cranberry relish recipe I got from one of my Mom's friends years ago. I use it every Thanksgiving or time I make Turkey + Stuffing etc... I believe it came out of the "Taste of Home" magazine.

FRUITED CRANBERRY RELISH
This recipe came from my aunt, who for many years invited our family to her home for Christmas dinner. I took great delight in helping myself to this relish because she always served it in one of her fancy dishes, used only on the holidays. -Ruth Collins, Blossvale, New York

CRANBERRY FRUIT RELISH
This fruity relish requires no cooking - all you need is a blender! Cranberries, oranges, apples, and pineapple (plus some ginger and nutmeg to jazz it up) make this a great change of pace from the usual cranberry sauce. The recipe is from Taste of Home's 2005 Holiday Recipe collection. I haven't tried it yet, but when I make it, I'm going to reduce the sugar. Cook time is chill time.

Not a lot of people seem to be using the ol' standard canned fruit cocktail, but here's a tasty sauce that was found in the 1967 cookbook 'so good with FRUIT' from Better Homes and Gardens. Preparation time does not include the time it takes to chill.
