2 TASSIMO GEVALIA Espresso T DISCs
9 graham crackers
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup raspberries

Steps:

  • Prepare 1 T DISC in mug; use same mug to prepare remaining T DISC. Refrigerate 15 min. or until cooled.
  • Arrange half the grahams in single layer on bottom of 8-inch square dish; drizzle with 2 Tbsp. espresso.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. of the remaining espresso in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add COOL WHIP; beat on low speed just until blended.
  • Spread half the cream cheese mixture over grahams in dish. Repeat with remaining grahams, espresso and cream cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving; top with raspberries.

225 g chocolate graham crackers
1 teaspoon coffee
2 teaspoons Equal sugar substitute
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons rum (optional)
2 tablespoons Equal sugar substitute
250 g cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons rum (optional)
250 ml cream, chilled overnight
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Steps:

  • PREPARE LAYERS. Combine coffee, sugar and water to make black coffee. Combine the black coffee, sugar and rum in a bowl. Dip the graham cracker crumbs in the coffee and rum mixture. Lay the soaked graham crackers on a dish. Reserve for use later.
  • DO COFFEE CREAM FILLING. In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add 2 tablespoons rum.
  • WHISK the all-purpose cream in another bowl until it doubles in volume.
  • FOLD the whipped cream into the cheese mixture, making sure both are blended thoroughly. Divide into three equal parts.
  • Lay 6 pieces of Grahams. Pour 1/3 of coffee cream. Spread evenly. Do another layer alternating crackers and cream. Chill until cream is set. Sift with cocoa powder on top. Serve.

2 ¼ cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
¼ cup butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup lemon juice
1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafer cookies (such as Nilla®)
½ cup cold, brewed coffee

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with aluminum foil, making sure to cover the sides and leaving several inches of aluminum foil on each end.
  • Mix graham crackers and butter in a bowl until crackers are moist; pat down into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven until firm, about 12 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  • Beat cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk; continue beating until incorporated. Blend sour cream and lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Dip each vanilla wafer cookie in the brewed coffee for a few seconds and arrange in a layer onto the cooled crust with about 1/2 inch between each cookie. Spread about 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies. Repeat layering of cookies and cream cheese mixture twice more.
  • Refrigerate until center is set, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

1 ½ cups white sugar
1 ½ cups boiling water
1 cup brewed coffee
½ cup vanilla citrus liqueur (tuaca)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
¼ cup vanilla citrus liqueur (tuaca)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whipping cream
1 (14 ounce) package ladyfinger cookies
1 tablespoon grated semisweet chocolate

Steps:

  • Start syrup: Combine white sugar and boiling water in a medium bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
  • Prepare filling: Combine powdered sugar, mascarpone cheese, 1/4 cup tuaca, and vanilla extract in a bowl; whip with the whisk attachment of an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add whipping cream and whip until soft peaks form.
  • Continue syrup: Mix coffee and tuaca into the sugar-water mixture.
  • Assemble tiramisu: Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with ladyfingers. Pour 1/2 of the syrup over top, then layer with 1/2 of the filling. Add another layer of ladyfingers and cover with remaining syrup and filling. Smooth with the back of a spoon and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
