TOASTER OVEN ROASTED BROCCOLI RECIPE
Toaster Oven Roasted Broccoli is the perfect quick and easy side dish. From kids to adults, everyone loves it!

- Adjust your toaster oven cooking rack to the lowest position and heat to 425°F on the "Bake" setting. Lightly oil a rimmed baking pan. Cut the broccoli florets from the stalks and slice large florets in half or quarter. Peel the stalks and slice into 1/4-inch rounds. Add all of the broccoli, garlic, oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the pan. Toss well to combine and then spread in an even layer. Roast broccoli until the florets are lightly browned and fork tender, about 10 to 16 minutes depending on the size of your florets and personal preference. Squeeze lemon wedges over pan, add more salt and pepper to taste and toss broccoli before serving.

ROASTED BROCCOLINI
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Trim 2 inches off the ends of the broccolini stems and cut any thick stalks in half lengthwise. Place the broccolini in a single layer on two sheet pans. (If you put them on one sheet pan, the broccolini will steam rather than roast.) Drizzle each sheet pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and toss well. Roast for 15 minutes, until the broccolini is crisp-tender. Sprinkle lightly with salt and serve hot.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut the broccoli florets into bite size pieces. Cut the stalk into 1/8-inch thick, round slices. Place the broccoli into a mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic, kosher salt and pepper and set aside.
- Spread the panko into a 13 by 9-inch metal cake pan and place into the oven for 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove the panko from the oven and add to the bowl with the broccoli mixture. Toss to combine. Return the mixture to the cake pan, place in the oven and roast just until the broccoli is tender, 8 to 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven, toss in the cheese and serve immediately.
OVEN ROASTED BROCCOLI
After oven roasting asparagus, green beans, cauliflower I thought WHY NOT BROCCOLI. The result is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and a great new way for me to enjoy one of my favorite veggies. Hope you like it too. The garlic is smashed and diced to get as much garlic flavor as you can from each clove.

Steps:
- Preheat to the oven to 400°F.
- Mix together the oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Toss together the broccoli and the oil mixture in a large bowl.
- You may have to adjust the oil a bit if your bunch of broccoli is smallish.
- You don't want it swimming in oil on the cookie sheet.
- Put broccoli on cookie sheet.
- Place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
- Be sure and check often to make sure it's not burning, you want it to caramelize but not burn.
- If you don't like al dente broccoli, cook a little longer.
- I usually remove after 10-15 minutes.
- When the broccoli is as done as you like remove from the oven and toss with the cheese.

ROASTED FROZEN BROCCOLI

- Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 400°F. For toaster ovens, use the BAKE setting.
- Pile frozen broccoli in the center of a sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle seasoning blend, salt, and pepper over the top. With clean hands, toss broccoli to coat evenly.
- Arrange in a single even layer, making sure there is some space between the florets.
- Cook broccoli until the side facing the pan begins to brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the pan and stir or flip the broccoli. Return to the oven and cook until fork-tender with roasted bits on the ends, about 5 to 10 minutes more.
- Taste broccoli, adjust seasonings as desired and enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Combine broccoli florets and olive oil in a bowl and toss to lightly coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay a large sheet of aluminum foil on a flat work surface. Transfer broccoli to the center of the sheet and fold edges in to create a sealed packet.

ROASTED BROCCOLI RABE
If you've never roasted broccoli rabe, this recipe will be a revelation. The high heat renders the stems and florets tender while the leaves crisp around the edges, like kale chips but with a spicy broccoli bite.
