Come and try this festive Toblerone cocktail recipe. It combines three delicious types of alcohol, making it creamy & tasty.

15ml (1 tbsp) honey
15ml (1 tbsp) water
30ml (2 tbsp) Kahlua
30ml (2 tbsp) Amaretto
30ml (2 tbsp) Baileys
60ml (4 tbsp) double cream
140g (1 cup) ice
Chocolate syrup, for garnishing
Toblerone, grated for garnishing

Steps:

  • Mix the honey and water in a small cup first to create the honey syrup.
  • Place the honey syrup along with all the other ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Drizzle the inside of the glasses with chocolate syrup and share the cocktail evenly between two glasses. Enjoy!

Drink your dessert with the Toblerone cocktail. It's rich, creamy and nutty-basically the iconic Swiss chocolate bar in a glass.

3/4 ounce Baileys Irish cream
3/4 ounce Frangelico
3/4 ounce Kahlúa
1/2 ounce honey syrup
1 ounce heavy cream
Garnish: chocolate syrup, to rim glass
Garnish: Toblerone chocolate, freshly shaved

Steps:

  • Place chocolate syrup in a shallow bowl or on a plate. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in the chocolate, and put in the fridge to chill.
  • Add the Baileys, Frangelico, Kahlúa, heavy cream and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with freshly shaved Toblerone chocolate.
