1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup French-fried onions

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Stir together cheeses and bell pepper; spread in pie plate.
  • Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with onions.
  • Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
1 1/4 cups milk
1 box (4-serving size) white chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 1/2 cups)
1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 pint (2 cups) raspberries or strawberries, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F. Spray bottom only of 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Make brownie mix as directed on box, using water, oil and eggs. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 38 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. (Do not remove side of pan.)
  • In large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix with wire whisk about 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips. Pour over brownie.
  • Cover and freeze at least 4 hours before serving. Remove side of pan. Serve with raspberries. Store covered in freezer.

1 package (9 ounces) chocolate wafer cookies
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 bars (8 ounces each) cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
Rich Chocolate Ganache, for topping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Assemble a 9-inch springform pan with the raised side of the bottom facing down.
  • In a food processor, pulse cookies until finely ground. Add butter, and pulse to moisten. Transfer to prepared pan, and press crumbs firmly and evenly into the bottom. Place pan on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 10 minutes, and set aside.
  • Wipe out bowl and blade of food processor. Add cream cheese, sugar, and salt; blend until smooth. With motor running, add eggs, then sour cream, and finally chocolate; blend filling until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
  • Wrap bottom half of springform pan in foil. Pour in filling; place in a roasting pan. Place roasting pan in oven. Pour in boiling water to come halfway up side of springform pan. Bake just until set, 1 hour. Turn oven off, and let cheesecake sit 1 hour in oven, without opening (this helps prevent cracking).
  • Run a thin knife around the edge of the pan (this helps prevent cracking, too); leave in pan, and cool completely on wire rack. Cover loosely and refrigerate, at least 6 hours or up to overnight.
  • Prepare Chocolate Ganache. Unmold cheesecake. Spread ganache in center of cheesecake; let set before serving.

2 to 3 tablespoons fine breadcrumbs, preferably homemade
3 large eggs
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
2 pounds part-skim ricotta, drained
3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Freshly ground pepper
Vegetable-oil cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees, with rack in center. Lightly coat a 7-inch round spring-form pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, coating evenly.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, parsley, marjoram, mint, and zest. Add ricotta and salt; season with pepper. Stir to combine. Pour into prepared pan.

1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
1 (18 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup milk
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon of grated onion
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
chopped pecans
fresh parsley sprig

Steps:

  • Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Beat at medium speed with mixer until blended; stir in pecans.
  • Line a lightly greased 4-cup fluted mold or a 7 3/8 x 3 5/8-inch loaf pans with plastic wrap, allowing edges to extend over the sides of pan.
  • Spread 1/3 of blue cheese mixture into mold and chill 1 hour.
  • Combine remaining 3 ounce package of cream cheese and milk, beating well. Add cheddar cheese and next 3 ingredients, mixing well. Spread over chilled blue cheese mixture in mold. Top with remaining 2/3 of blue cheese mixture, spreading.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 8 hours or up to 3 days.
  • Unmold onto a serving plate; remove plastic wrap and garnish.

18 oz brownie mix, 2 boxes, prepared according to package instructions
1 chocolate cheesecake, 8 inch (20 cm) prepared
15 oz red velvet cake mix, 1 1/2 boxes, prepared according to package instructions without the water
2 vanilla cheesecakes, 8 inch (20 cm) prepared
40 oz chocolate chip cookie dough
8 cups cream cheese icing
2 cups chocolate ganache
10 oz chocolate, chopped
3 springform pans, 9 inch (23 cm)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a greased, 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan, spread ⅓ of the brownie batter evenly on the bottom. Lay the chocolate cheesecake in the center, then spread the rest of the batter on top. Set aside.
  • In another greased springform pan, spread ⅓ of the cake batter evenly on the bottom, then lay the vanilla cheesecake on top. Spread the rest of the red velvet batter over the cheesecake and set aside.
  • In a third springform pan, press ⅓ of the cookie dough evenly on the bottom, then another ⅓ of the dough around the sides of the pan to make a wall. Lay the remaining vanilla cheesecake in the center, then cover with the rest of the cookie dough and seal the edges.
  • Bake all 3 filled cakes for 2 hours, until a toothpick inserted in the center of each comes out clean.
  • Chill the cakes overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Dollop a bit of of cream cheese frosting onto a serving platter and line the sides with parchment paper.
  • Add the cookie cake to the platter and spread the top with layer of frosting.
  • Stack the brownie cake on top, then spread another layer of frosting on top.
  • Finally, place the red velvet cake on top, then frost the top and sides evenly.
  • Add the chocolate ganache to a squeeze bottle, then decorate the top of the cake working your way around the top edge of the cake to make a drip pattern. Squeeze more ganache over the top of the cake and spread evenly to cover.
  • Decorate the lower part of the cake by pressing the chocolate chunks into the sides.
  • Slice and serve.
  • Enjoy!

4 Mexican-style sandwich rolls (bolillos)
¼ cup sour cream, divided
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans - drained, rinsed, and mashed - divided
2 avocados - peeled, pitted and sliced
2 large tomatoes, sliced
2 pickled jalapeno peppers, sliced into quarters lengthwise
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce, divided
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
1 cup crumbled queso fresco (Mexican fresh cheese), divided
1 lime, quartered

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and pan-fry the round steaks 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
  • Slice the rolls lengthwise. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sour cream onto one side of each roll, and top with about 1/3 cup of mashed pinto beans per sandwich. Place a cooked round steak per sandwich on top of the pinto beans, and then layer each sandwich with one-fourth of the avocado slices, tomato slices, and sliced pickled jalapenos, about 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup of cilantro, and 1/4 cup of crumbled queso fresco cheese. Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the crushed biscuits. Mix this well then press into the base of a 20cm loose-bottom, round tin. Chill until firm.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together the crème fraiche and yogurt.
  • Melt each type of chocolate individually in a small bowl over a pan of simmering water then add a third of the crème fraiche mixture to each bowl and beat well.
  • Spread the white chocolate mixture over the crumb base, then the milk chocolate, then the dark chocolate. Smooth this with a palette knife and chill for 4 hours or over night.
  • To serve, carefully run a round bladed knife around the edge of the tin and transfer to the serving plate. Decorate with chocolate buttons

  • Line a 6-inch springform pan with plastic wrap, and sprinkle half of the coconut and pecans evenly onto the bottom. 4 ounces gruyere (1 cup) or 4 ounces swiss cheese, finely shredded (1 cup)
2 ounces blue cheese (1/2 cup) or 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small red onion, cut in thin wedges (3/4 cup)
1 1/2 cups quartered cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon snipped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
1 medium granny smith apples (1 cup) or 1 medium other tart apple, cored and chopped (1 cup)
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced jalapeno peppers
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Let cheeses stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a large food processor or mixing bowl combine cream cheese, gruyere cheese, and blue cheese. Process or beat until well combined.
  • Line one 7-1/2x3-1/2x2-inch loaf pan or a 3-quart bowl with plastic wrap.
  • For Skillet Roasted Tomato Topper, spread half the cheese mixture in pan or bowl; spoon half the topper over cheese. Cover and refrigerate remaining topper. Carefully spoon on remaining cheese mixture and spread evenly. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
  • For Apple-Jalapeno Topper, spread cheese mixture in loaf pan or bowl; cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.

  • SKILLET ROASTED TOMATO TOPPER: In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 small red onion cut in thin wedges (3/4 cup).
