A popular and refreshing drink, the caipirinha features Brazil's cachaça. The recipe is very simple, so grab a lime and some sugar, and mix it up.

Ingredients

1/2 lime
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons superfine sugar, to taste
2 ounces cachaça
Garnish: lime wheel

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
Cut half of a lime into small wedges.
Place the lime and sugar into an old-fashioned glass and muddle well .
Top the drink with cachaça and stir well .
Fill the glass with small ice cubes or cracked ice , stir again, and garnish with a lime wheel. Serve and enjoy.

1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
1 qt. (4 cups) lemon lime-flavored seltzer

Steps:

Add orange juice and lime juice to drink mix in 2-qt. plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved.
Stir in seltzer just before serving.
