This blender beverage is a fun new take on the piña colada. Pineapple juice and sherbet combined with Coconut and Rum Flavors and Vanilla Extract make this quintessential tropical refreshment.

Ingredients

2 cups cold pineapple juice
2 cups ice cubes
2 1/2 tsps McCormick® Coconut Extract
1 tsp McCormick® Rum Extract
1/2 tsp McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
4 drops Yellow McCormick® Assorted Food Colors & Egg Dye
2 cups pineapple sherbet

Steps:

Place all ingredients, except sherbet, in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed. Add sherbet; cover.
Blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries, if desired.

ice cubes
1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice
6 fluid ounces coconut milk
3 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons almond-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
1 cup club soda, or as needed
4 pinches ground nutmeg
4 lime wheels
4 sprigs fresh mint
cocktail umbrellas

Steps:

Place a few ice cubes in a pitcher; add pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and almond-flavored syrup and stir until chilled. Strain mixture and pour into 4 glasses.
Top each glass with club soda; mocktail will foam up.
Dust each mocktail with nutmeg. Garnish with a lime wheel, sprig of mint, and umbrella.
