Steps:
- Step 1: preheat oven to 350
- Step 2: spray 9″X13″ pan with Pam
- Step 3: layer pineapple in panStep 4: layer fruit filling in pan
- Step 5: add nuts
- Step 6: add cake mix on top
- Step 7: cut up butter in pieces and put on top Bake for 50 minutes until browned and bubbly.

This cobbler can be made with peaches, apples, cherries, or berries.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Blend together flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk.
- Pour batter in baking dish over the butter. Sprinkle fruit on top of the batter, do not stir. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

- Cut up all your fruit before preheating the oven. We grated fresh coconut straight from the shell, and saved the coconut water to flavor drinks we were making. You can use packaged coconut but try to find unsweetened.
- In a large bowl, mix the pineapple, bananas coconut, the sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch and lemon juice. Gently stir to completely coat everything and blend it. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 baking dish. You could probably use a smaller dish to make it thicker, but I did not test cooking times for a smaller dish. So that's up to you.
