1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight jar.

2 cups butterscotch chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
1 (9 ounce) can shoestring potatoes

Steps:

In a microwave safe dish, combine the butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute on full power. Stir, then continue to cook for 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth. Mix in the peanuts and shoestring potatoes. Spoon small heaps onto waxed paper, and let stand until firm.

Ingredients

5 pounds American cheese, cut into pieces
3 ¼ cups water, divided
1 ½ onions, minced
1 cup minced celery
1 cup minced green bell pepper
¼ cup finely minced jalapeno pepper, seeds and veins removed

Steps:

Stir together cheese and 3 cups of water in a double boiler over gently simmering water; stir occasionally until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Meanwhile, combine the 1/4 cup of water, onion, celery, green pepper, and jalapeno in a medium saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat. Whisk the vegetables into the cheese, then pour the mixture into a large pot; place over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

1 lb button mushroom
1/4 cup butter
1/8 cup sherry wine
1 tablespoon burgundy or pinot nior wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
10 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
12 grinds black pepper

Steps:

Soak and agitate mushrooms in warm water, and drain in colander.
Melt butter in pot.
Add sherry, burgundy, worcestershire, tabasco, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
Add mushrooms, cover, and cook for 30 minutes stir every 5 minutes.
