I got this recipe from a Blog on Facebook. I tried it with leftover Halloween candy and 2 packages of Cream Cheese that were almost dead in my refrigerator. Really good and easy. The original recipe called for a homemade chocolate cookie crust, but I used an Oreo Pie crust instead.

6 ounces oreo pie crusts
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened, I use Light cream cheese
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups Twix candy bars, chopped
6 Twix candy bars, Fun sized chopped
caramel ice cream topping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped Twix Bars, .
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake until set about 35-45 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • When pie is completely cooled, drizzle with caramel topping and garnish with chopped Twix bars.
  • Chill until firm.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. chopped Twix candy bars {16 fun-size bars}
1 8-inch chocolate cookie pie crust
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping

Steps:

  • With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs on medium speed until smooth.
  • Stir in 1 and 1/2 cups of the chopped Twix {reserving the remaining 1/2 cup for the top}.
  • Pour mixture into the pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees until set, 45 - 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the top with remaining 1/2 cup chopped Twix bars. Chill until firm, about 8 to 10 hours or overnight. Drizzle with caramel ice cream topping.
