1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups (12 ounces) milk chocolate chips
1 pkg. Double Stuffed Oreos
1 Family Size ((9×13) Brownie mix (plus eggs and oil as called for on the back of the box))
1/4 cup hot fudge ((homemade or store bought))
Vanilla ice cream ((optional))
Extra hot fudge sauce ((optional))

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil or parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray.

1 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
¾ cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk chocolate chips ((12 ounces ))
1 package Double Stuffed Oreos ((18-ounce ))
1 Family Size 9×13 Brownie mix
1/4 cup hot fudge topping

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13-inch pan, line with parchment paper, and then butter the parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Cream together the butter and both sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well to thoroughly combine. Reduce the mixer speed to low and slowly add the flour mixture into the mixer until the flour is just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread the cookie dough in the bottom of the prepared 9×13 baking dish.
Top the cookie dough with a layer of Oreos.
Mix together the brownie mix according to the package directions, adding ¼ cup of hot fudge topping to the mix. Pour the brownie batter over the cookie dough and Oreos. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.

2 boxes of your favorite brownie mix - I chose Ghirardelli Double Chocolate
1/4 cup hot fudge

Steps:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 baking dish, then line with parchment paper and generously butter the paper. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed for approximately four minutes. Add in the eggs and vanilla. Lower the speed, and gradually mix in the flour, until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread the cookie dough in the bottom of the prepared dish. Top the cookie dough with a layer of Oreos. Next, prepare brownie mixes according to package directions. Mix in hot fudge sauce. Pour brownie batter over the cookie dough and Oreos, and spread evenly. Bake for 45 minutes. Let brownies cool completely before cutting. Serve with additional hot fudge topping if desired.
