1-1/2 oz. Bols Advocaat liqueur (creamy blend of egg yolks, aromatic spirits, brandy and a hint of vanilla)
1 oz. Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz. Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
1/2 oz. honey
1/2 oz. whipped cream
1 strawberry
Chocolate shavings

Steps:

Combine the Advocaat, Kahlua, Frangelico and honey in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 Popsicle molds or plastic cups (3 ounces) and Popsicle sticks

Steps:

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the strawberries, pineapple, banana and nuts. Pour 2 cups into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Set remaining gelatin mixture aside., In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over gelatin. Top with reserved gelatin mixture. Chill for 1 hour. Spoon 1/3 cup into each mold. Freeze until firm, about 5 hours.

1/3 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup water
1 fresh rosemary sprig
1 lemon zest strip (2 inch)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
2-1/4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
10 freezer pop molds or 10 paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Steps:

For lemon syrup, place first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Remove rosemary and lemon zest. Stir in lemon juice; cool completely., Place blueberries and sugar in another saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until berries pop, 5-7 minutes. Cool completely., Add whipped topping to the lemon syrup, whisking to blend. Transfer half the mixture to a pastry bag. Pipe into molds. Layer with blueberries. Pipe the remaining whipped topping mixture over top. Close molds with holders. If using paper cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil., Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. To serve, dip pop molds briefly in warm water before removing.
