HAM & CHEESE GRILL
This ham, cheese and tomato sandwich gets brushed with a creamy oregano-mayo spread just before grilling.

Steps:
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Fill bread slices with 2% Milk Singles, tomatoes and ham.
- Mix mayo and oregano; spread onto outside of sandwich.
- Grill 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

TALEGGIO AND HAM GRILLED CHEESE
Steps:
- Fry the ham in a medium skillet until nicely warmed; set aside.
- Spread the pumpernickel slices with the mayonnaise.
- Place 2 slices of bread, mayo-side down, in the hot skillet. Divide the ham, asparagus and Taleggio between the slices. Place a second slice of bread, mayo-side up, on top. Cook, pressing down with a spatula, until golden brown on one side; flip, and continue cooking until golden brown on the reverse side and the cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve
MINI GRILLED GRUYERE AND HAM SAMMIES WITH CORNICHONS

Steps:
- In a food processor, finely chop 2 cups cornichons until they are a coarse paste.
- Spread one side of each piece of bread with Dijon. Top each piece of bread with a slice of Gruyere. Place the ham on half of the pieces of the bread and cheese. Spread the cornichon paste on the other half of the pieces of bread and cheese.
- Preheat a griddle or saute pan.
- Close the sandwiches and press to secure. Butter the outsides of all the pieces of bread.
- Place the sandwiches on the griddle or pan and cook until the bread is golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Turnover and repeat this process.
- When the sammies are golden brown and crisp on each side, remove them from the griddle and neatly cut the crusts off the bread. Cut each crustless sandwich into 8 neat mini sammies.
- Top each mini sammie with a cornichon half and secure it with a toothpick.
GRILLED HAM-AND-GRUYERE-CHEESE SANDWICHES

- Butter 4 slices rye bread; place 2 slices, buttered side down, on a work surface. Top each with 2 slices ham and 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese. Top with 2slices bread, buttered side up. Cook in a skillet over medium until sandwiches are lightly toasted on both sides and cheese melts, 5 minutes.

Steps:
- Mix the shredded cheeses together in a small bowl.
- Melt butter in the bottom of a fry pan over medium heat. Add one slice of bread. Top the piece of bread with about 1/2 of the cheese mixture and the ham slices. Top with the second piece of bread.
- Place 1/2 of the remaining cheese on top of the second slice of bread and carefully turn the sandwich over to grill the cheese. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese on the bottom is slightly crispy. While it is cooking, add the remaining cheese on what is now the top piece of bread.
- Flip the sandwich and cook another 3 to 4 minutes to crisp the cheese on the second side. Remove to a plate, slice in half, and enjoy!
