Vanilla Ice Cream With Ritz Crackers Recipes

HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar completely. Fill cylinder of ice cream maker no more than two-thirds full; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. (Refrigerate any remaining mixture until ready to freeze.) Serve immediately or store in covered containers in freezer.

ICE CREAM PUDDING RECIPE - (3.9/5)

Steps:

• Let ice cream sit out to get soft. Crush Ritz Crackers. Reserve 1/2 cup for the top. Mix the rest of the crushed crackers with margarine. Put on the bottom of a 9X13-inch oblong pan. Mix instant vanilla pudding with milk. Mix well with electric mixer and add ice cream. Spread on top of crackers. Spread Cool Whip over the pudding mixture. Top with 1/2 cup crushed Ritz Crackers. Freeze. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to soften.

VANILLA ICE CREAM

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and the half and half. Gradually whisk in the sugar until blended.
• Whisk in the vanilla. Refrigerate, covered, until very cold, at least 3 hours or as long as 3 days.
• Whisk the mixture to blend and pour into the canister of an ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. Eat at once or transfer to a covered container and freeze up to 8 hours.

VANILLA ICE CREAM

Steps:

• In 2-quart saucepan, stir egg yolks, sugar, milk and salt until well mixed. Cook just to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly (do not boil).
• Pour milk mixture into chilled bowl. Refrigerate uncovered 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until room temperature. At this point, mixture can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before completing recipe if desired.
• Stir whipping cream and vanilla into milk mixture. Pour into 1-quart ice-cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

RITZ CRACKER ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• Combine 60 crackers, butter and walnuts in bowl.
• Mix well.
• Pat into nonstick 9"x13" pan.
• Beat pudding mixes in milk in mixer bowl until thick.
• Add ice cream.
• Mix well.
• Spoon into prepared pan.
• Spread whipped cream over all.
• Sprinkle with 10 crushed crackers.
• Chill until set.

PB&J RITZ CRACKER ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Line a small rimmed baking sheet with several layers of plastic wrap, making sure to thoroughly cover the baking sheet, leaving about 6 inches of plastic wrap hanging over the two long sides.
• Place the peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, about 15 seconds.
• Spread the softened ice cream into an even layer on the baking sheet. Dot with jam and drizzle with melted peanut butter. Using a knife, create swirls on the top of the ice cream. Fold the plastic wrap overhang over the ice cream to cover the surface and freeze for at least an hour and up to overnight.
• Carefully remove the frozen ice cream from the baking sheet and place on a cutting board. Cut out 15 rounds with a 1 1/2- to 2-inch biscuit cutter, or cut into 15 1 1/2- to 2-inch squares with a knife. Sandwich each piece of ice cream between two Ritz crackers. Place the peanuts on a plate, if using, and roll the edges of the sandwiches in crushed peanuts.
• Serve the sandwiches immediately, or place in a freezer-safe container and freeze up to 2 weeks (the crackers will become soggier the longer they are frozen). Enjoy!

RITZ CRACKER PUDDING

Steps:

• Crush crackers into crumbs.
• Pour melted margarine into crumbs add sugar, and mix until moistened, save some for top of pudding just for garnish.
• Press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
• Mix pudding ingredients together with a mixer.
• Pour over crust.
• Top with Cool Whip and remaining crumbs.
• Refrigerate until firm.
• Serve.
