Steps:

  • Stir together pudding mix and peaches in the juice from the can. Fold in cool whip.
  • Stir in marshmallows and pecans. Refrigerate until ready to use, 2-3 days in an airtight container.

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 shallot, thinly sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 to 2 large ripe peaches, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
1/2 cup candied pecans
4 ounces smoked Gouda, crumbled into small pieces
5 ounces baby arugula

Steps:

  • Add the oil, vinegar, honey and mustard to a jar with a lid. Add the shallot and season with salt and pepper. Close the jar and shake until combined. (See Cook's Note.)
  • Layer the peaches, pecans, Gouda and arugula in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the top, then toss until everything is coated. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.

1 (15.25 ounce) can pears in light syrup, drained reserving syrup
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

¾ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 pinch ground nutmeg
½ (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens

1 cup lemon-lime soda
1 package (3 ounces) peach or orange gelatin
1 cup applesauce
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped peeled ripe peaches
Red grapes and mint leaves, optional

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, bring soda to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Add applesauce. Chill until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. , In a bowl, whip cream with sugar, nutmeg and vanilla until stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture along with the peaches. 4 large peaches
4 bananas
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks (in its own juice)
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix

Steps:

  • Cut up peaches into bite size chunks. You can leave skin on if you like.
  • Cut up bananas into bite size chunks.
  • Drain pineapple, set drained juice aside.
  • Gently toss fruit to mix.
  • In separate bowl, mix together reserved pineapple juice and pudding mix. Stirring well until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over fruit and chill until ready to serve.
  • Toss lightly to coat fruit and serve.
