2 packages (6-1/2 ounces each) pizza crust mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, divided
1/4 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2/3 cup spaghetti sauce
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
6 ounces Canadian bacon, quartered
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Prepare pizza dough according to package directions. With floured hands, press dough onto a greased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 425° for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine oil and 1 teaspoon garlic powder; brush over crust edges., In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef with onion powder and remaining garlic powder until no longer pink; drain., Spread spaghetti sauce over crust to within 1 in. of edges. Top with beef mixture, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, olives and cheese. , Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

1 cup warm water (100 degrees F)
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast or 1 1/2 teaspoons fast rising yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2-3 cups flour (can do half white and half wheat)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 -2 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning
1/4 medium onion, cut into slivers
15 vegan pepperoni
1 tablespoon oil
3 -4 ounces Gimmie Lean sausage flavor
1/8 teaspoon ground fennel
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian spices
oil
4 ounces hunt tomato sauce with basil garlic and oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian spices
1/4 teaspoon pizza seasoning
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
5 ounces vegan mozzarella cheese or 5 ounces vegan mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin

Steps:

  • Place the water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
  • Set aside to bloom for 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic, oil, Italian Herbs.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups flour.
  • Pour out onto a floured board.
  • Add remaining flour as needed, knead about 5 minutes, this is a very soft dough.
  • Cover with bowl, let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
  • Punch dough down, knead on slightly floured dough.
  • Grease pizza pan and roll out in pan.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In the meantime, crisp the pepperoni in the oil on both sides, drain on paper towels.
  • Mix the sausage with the spices, form into small balls.
  • Brown in oil over medium-high heat, drain on paper towels.
  • Spoon tomato sauce on crust, swirl to cover, but leave a crust.
  • Sprinkle with the herbs.
  • Decorate with onions, pepperoni and your Italian Sausage.
  • Cover with the cheese.
  • Bake until golden on bottom, spray the crust with cooking spray.
  • Broil about 1 minute, or until cheese is melty.

1 cup canned tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
salt
fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
4 ounces veggie crumbles (soy ground meat)
2 links soy sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese or 2 cups soy mozzarella cheese
12 slices soy pepperoni
6 slices soy Canadian bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°; prebake the fresh pizza crust if using, for 3-4 minutes; remove from oven, and set aside to cool slightly.
  • Make the Simple Seasoned Sauce: combine the tomato sauce, onion, oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; set aside.
  • Make the "Meat Topping": heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a big skillet over med-high heat; add the soy ground meat and sausage links; saute for about 3 minutes, or until hot and slightly crispy.
  • Using a spatula, remove the meat from the pan; add the remaining 2 teaspoons oil; saute the onions for 3 minutes, or until translucent; add in the tomato sauce and stir; remove from heat.
  • Spread the tomato sauce over the crust; top with the ground meat, sausage, cheese, pepperoni, and Canadian bacon slices.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the cheese melts; remove from oven and serve.
  • For Vegan use a vegan soy cheese.
