PASTA PRIMAVERA WITH ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE
A delicious dish created from the fresh bounty of my garden. My whole family has seconds when we have this meal!

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place farfalle in pot and cook 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente; drain.
- Place sausage in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until evenly brown; set aside. Heat 1/4 cup oil in skillet. Stir in garlic and onion, and cook until tender. Mix in zucchini, squash, tomatoes, bell pepper and basil. Dissolve bouillon in the mixture. Season with red pepper. Stir in remaining oil. Continue cooking 10 minutes.
- Mix pasta, sausage and cheese into skillet. Continue cooking 5 minutes, or until heated through.

- 1. Prepare charcoal grill with medium-hot coals or heat gas grill to medium-high; coat rack with nonstick cooking spray. For dressing, whisk together 4 tablespoons of the oil, the vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside. 2. Brush tomatoes, eggplant, and onion with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Pierce sausages several times with the point of a small knife. Grill vegetables and sausages, turning often, 13 to 15 minutes, or until sausages are no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender. 3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; place in a large bowl. 4. Remove vegetables from grill and chop into bite-size pieces; cut sausages into coins, then cut each coin in half. Add sausage and vegetables to pasta. ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE SALAD
I bought some Italian Turkey Sausages and then didn't know what to do with them. You know you taste it in the store and it taste so good. So I came up with this and we loved it. Nice and refreshing. Also quick. You could also add some fresh veggies or fruit. I didn't have any in the house.

Steps:
- Spray a little Pam in a heavy skillet and cook the sausages until done.
- About 15 minutes.
- They will get firm and browned.
- Put the salad greens on two plates and sprinkle with cheese and egg.
- Heat the dressing in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Put sausage on top of salad greens and pour over the heated dressing.
- Enjoy!
