This Watermelon Avocado Burrata Caprese Salad Recipe is a simple, delicious summer dish and a beautiful twist on a classic Caprese.

drizzle basil olive oil (extra virgin, cold pressed)
1 avocado (sliced)
1/4 watermelon (sliced into triangles)
2 large heirloom tomatoes (thinkly sliced)
handful fresh basil
8 oz burrata cheese

Steps:

  • Arrange watermelon slices, heirloom tomato slices and avocado onto two plates.
  • Place one ball of burrata onto the the center of each plate.
  • Garnish with basil, basil olive oil and freshly cracked pepper and sea salt.
  • Enjoy!
