ONION AND ROSEMARY FOCACCIA WEDGES
Bake these herbed onion focaccias for a delicious Italian-style side dish that's ready in just 30 minutes!

Steps:
- Heat oven 400°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Roll or pat pizza dough into 13x9-inch rectangle on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic and rosemary. Arrange onion rings evenly over dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake about 12 minutes or until cheese just begins to brown. Lightly spray focaccia with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt. Cut into 6 wedges. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Cook onions in butter 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are brown and caramelized; remove from heat.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Place half of the cheese on bottom half of focaccia. Top with onions and remaining cheese. Replace top of focaccia. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.

- Mix artichoke hearts, bell pepper, cucumber, and salad dressing. Heat focaccia as directed on package. Place 1 focaccia, flat side up, on cutting board. Layer with half the turkey, all the vegetable mixture, remaining turkey, cheese, and sprouts. Top with remaining focaccia, flat side down. Secure with toothpicks, if necessary. Cut into wedges.
