Steps:

  • 1) Set oven to 180C. Add butter, honey and sugar to a bowl and beat till smooth
  • 2) Add flour, cocoa, ground almonds, eggs, baking powder and beat again till smooth.
  • 3) Stir in Toblerone and blanched almonds with a spoon then pour into a 20cm lined baking tin.
  • 4) Sprinkle with flaked almonds and cook for 40min to an hour.
  • 5) Leave to cool then serve.

Follow my step-by-step recipe for this easy cheesecake – a delicious dessert for all occasions

The base
200g Digestive Biscuits (Chocolate Digestives are best)
100g Butter
The Filling
300g Cream Cheese
200g Whipping Cream
200g Toblerone

Steps:

  • Crush the digestives, and melt the butter in a pan. Once melted, add the digestives to the butter and mix together.
  • Place the base mixture in a springform cake tin (approx 8") and press down until firm and even.
  • Melt the Toblerone in a bowl over a pot of simmering water.
  • Empty the cheese into a large bowl and beat until smooth. Lightly whisk the cream until almost stiff and then add to the cheese.
  • Add the melted toblerone to the mixture and mix well (the whole mixture should be light brown).
  • Pour the mixture onto the base, smoothing out. Bang the cake tin on a solid surface to ensure the mixture settles.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then add some small pieces of chocolate to the top to serve.

128 g Oreo cookies, chocolate creme cookies, crushed
250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
200 g white Toblerone chocolate bars, melted
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Press Oreo crumbs into the base & up the sides of a lightly greased 11 x 34cm rectangular tart tin.
  • Beat Philly until smooth, add the eggs, flour & vanilla and mix well.
  • Stir through the melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle the blueberries over the base and pour the cream cheese mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 160°C (fan forced) for 30 mins, until golden and cooked through.
  • Allow to cool, then remove from tin & serve.

  • Start by Greasing and Flouring a 23cm Tart Tin with a loose bottom. I brush over some butter, and add a spoonful of flour, and shake it about till the bottom and sides are covered.
  • In a Food Processor, blitz your biscuits to a fine crumb. Melt your butter, and add it in, and blitz again till combined.
  • Press into the base and sides of the Tart Tin so that its all evenly covered but also firm. Refrigerate for now.
  • In a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, add your 360g of Toblerone (chopped) and melt slowly, occasionally stirring.
