White Wine Spritzer with Fruit is an easy summer cocktail made with just white wine and tonic water, and dressed up with the summer fruit of your choosing!

Ice cubes
Summer fruit (see note)
6 ounces white wine (pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc)
2 ounces tonic water

Steps:

  • Add ice to two large wine glasses (about half full) and top with fruit of your choice.
  • Pour equal amounts of wine into each glass and top off with tonic water.
  • Stir and enjoy!

1 (750 ml) bottle white wine, chilled
3 cups sparkling water, chilled
1 1/2 cups fresh tangerine juice, chilled
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
8 -10 mint leaves, crushed
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1 orange, sliced crosswise
1 tangerine, sliced crosswise
1 cup frozen strawberries

Steps:

  • In a large glass pitcher, combine all of the liquid ingredients.
  • Add the mint, crushed ice, and fruit; stir to combine with a long spoon.
  • Pour into pretty goblets and serve.

2 (1/4-inch) slices lime
Ice cubes
4 ounces Pinot Grigio or other white wine
2 ounces lemon lime flavored seltzer water

Steps:

  • In a large stem glass arrange slices of lemon and lime between ice cubes to fill the glass. Pour 4 ounces of white wine, 1/2 cup, and 2 ounces of sparkling lemon lime seltzer water, 1/4 cup, down over fruit and ice. Stir with cocktail stir-stick or straw and serve.
