These wimpies are anything but. Wimpies are sloppy Joes common in the Pennsylvania area. Call them whatever you like, they are still some good home-cooked comfort food.

Steps:
- Brown the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Add the vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water, and celery and bring to a simmer. Let cook for 30 minutes. Serve the ground beef mixture on buns.

Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the celery, onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook and stir until the vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, increase the heat to medium-high, and stir until crumbly and browned, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup, chili sauce, water, parsley, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, mustard powder, chili powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Mix catsup, sugar, vinegar, mustard and celery salt.
- Brown ground beef in large skillet.
- Drain ground beef.
- Add catsup mixture to beef.
- Simmer and stir occasionally about 25 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve on potatoe rolls or rolls of your choice with sharp cheddar slices.
