SPARKLING WINTER BERRY HOLIDAY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Add the cranberry juice, apple juice, and strawberry syrup to a large pitcher and stir well until combined.
• Rim glasses with sugar by moistening the rim of the glass with water and then dipping the rim of the glass in sugar (place some sugar on a plate).
• Fill each glass half full with the juice mixture and add a few berries to each glass as well, placing a strawberry on the rim of each glass.
• Top it up with the sparkling water, champagne or other sparkling beverage of your choice.

CRANBERRY BOURBON COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Shake 2 ounces each bourbon, cranberry juice and orange juice in a shaker with ice; strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with cranberries.

WINTERBERRY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the cranberry juice, lime juice, agave and orange zest in a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka and elderflower liqueur if using and 2 cups of ice, then shake for 10 seconds. Strain into two or four 6-ounce martini glasses and finish each with ginger beer and an orange twist.

WINTERBERRY SPICE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Mix sugars and cinnamon in a shallow, wide bowl that is at least the width of the glasses you will be using. Set aside.
• Fill shaker halfway with ice.
• Slice the mandarins in half and squeeze juice from each half into a shaker. Or juice mandarins to get at least 2 oz of juice. Set aside at least 2 halves.
• Add vodka and Cranberry Spice Syrup to the shaker.
• Shake!
• With the two mandarin halves, use the flesh of the mandarin and drag them along the rim of the glasses. Gently dip the rims into the shallow bowl with the cinnamon and sugar mixtures to create a sugar rim.
• Strain half of the contents of the shaker into one glass and the other half into the second glass.
• Top each glass off with a splash of soda water if desired.
