Inspired by the classic Christmas movie, the World's Best Cup of Coffee cocktail should be your signature drink at your Elf holiday party.

Steps:
- Stir the sugar and water together in a small saucepan over medium heat until the liquid comes to a simmer.
- Add the cinnamon, cardamom, and allspice.
- Remove, cover, and steep for 30-45 minutes.
- Refrigerate in a sealed jar until ready to serve.
- Stir all ingredients together in a pitcher (or diner coffee pot for that real Elf effect).
- Serve over ice.
