- In 5-quart Dutch oven, add popcorn and oil. Tilt Dutch oven to spread popcorn evenly. Cover and cook over medium-high heat until 1 kernel pops; remove from heat. Let stand 1 minute, then return to heat.
- Cook, shaking pan occasionally, until popcorn stops popping. Immediately pour into serving bowl. Pick a flavor to add personality to your popcorn. Sugary Sweet Flavor: Stir together 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over warm popcorn; toss to coat. Sprinkle with spice mixture, and toss until evenly coated. Stir in 1 cup milk chocolate chips. Angry Jerk Flavor: Stir together 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves and 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over warm popcorn; toss to coat. Sprinkle with spice mixture, and toss until evenly coated. Stir in 1 cup coarsely chopped beef jerky. Flaky Nut Flavor: Stir together 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over warm popcorn; toss to coat. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixture, and toss until evenly coated. Stir in 2 cups salted cashew halves and 1/2 cup toasted coconut. Worldly Spice Flavor: Stir together 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon five-spice powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash cayenne pepper. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over warm popcorn; toss to coat. Sprinkle with sugar mixture, and toss until evenly coated. Stir in 2 cups sesame sticks.

Steps:
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Arrange bacon slices close together and slightly overlapping onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle bacon slices evenly with maple syrup.
- Place the baking sheet in the cold oven; set temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bake until bacon is crisp, about 20 minutes.
- Transfer bacon slices to a paper towel-lined plate to cool. Crumble cooled bacon.
- Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.
- Lightly mix popcorn, rice cereal, wheat cereal, peanuts, pretzels, and crumbled bacon together in a large bowl. Transfer to the prepared baking sheets.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; mix brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt into the melted butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Boil mixture, without stirring, for 4 minutes.
- Place popcorn mixture in the preheated oven to warm.
- Remove the butter mixture from heat and mix in vanilla extract and baking soda until caramel begins to foam. Drizzle caramel in a thin stream over popcorn mixture, tossing to evenly coat.
- Bake caramel corn in the oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until caramel coating is set, 1 hour. Let caramel corn cool completely before breaking into pieces.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, pretzels and pecans.
- Drizzle with butter and toss.
- Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave, uncovered at 50% power for 1-2 minutes or until melted. Drizzle over popcorn mixture; toss to coat. Spread on foil-lined baking sheets.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, heat milk chocolate, uncovered at 50% power until melted. Drizzle over popcorn mixture. Let stand in a cool place until chocolate is set.
- Store in airtight container.
