YUM-A-SETTA
This is another one of my great aunt's wonderful recipes, submitted in response to a request. It's easy and so comforting!

Steps:
- Brown hamburger with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and onion.
- Add tomato soup; set aside.
- Cook egg noodles; drain.
- Add cream of chicken soup to egg noodles.
- Layer hamburger mixture and noodle mixture in casserole dish with processed cheese between layers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
YUMASETTA
My Uncle makes this quite often and after a re-union dinner tonight I decided I had better post this. He got this from an Amish friend and it's been a staple of his for many years.

- Brown hamburger with salt, pepper, brown sugar and onion.
- Add tomato soup.
- Cook egg noodles according to package; Drain.
- Add cream of chicken soup to egg noodles.
- Layer hamburger mixture and noodle mixture in 9x12" casserole with processed cheese between layers.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
AMISH YUMAZUTI
A real tasty dish, there are seldom any leftovers with this ground beef and noodle casserole.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place noodles in a pot of lightly salted boiling water. Cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook ground beef, onion, celery and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until meat is evenly browned. Drain off excess grease.
- Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place half of the cooked noodles in the bottom of the dish. Cover them with half of the meat mixture, then half of the tomatoes. Spoon half of the cream of chicken soup over the tomatoes, then sprinkle half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on the top.
- Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until cheese is browned and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes to set before serving.

YUMASETTA
Steps:
- Brown hamburger and drain grease. Add tomato soup and brown sugar. Let simmer. Boil egg noodles. Drain. Add cream of mushroom soup.
- Place hamburger mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Place cheese slices on hamburger mixture and top with noodle mixture.
- Bake in 350 degrees F oven for about 45 minutes or until top is slightly crunchy and it is bubbling on the sides.

- Brown hamburger and season lightly. Cook noodles in lightly salted water until nearly tender; drain. Add celery and soups to hamburger. Add soups then slices of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain and return to the pan. Mix in the cream of chicken soup until noodles are coated.
- Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain the grease, and stir in the tomato soup, brown sugar, pepper and salt. Spread half of the beef in the bottom of a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Arrange 5 slices of cheese over the beef. Top with half of the noodles, then repeat layers ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is browned and sauce is bubbly.
