1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup and garlic powder. Blend well.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce. Blend well.
  • Cover surface of sauce with lots of black pepper, until just coated. Blend well.
  • Repeat process covering surface with black pepper and stir until blended well.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator for at least two hours prior to use to allow the flavors to mingle.

1 1/2 teaspoons molasses
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • 1.Measure mayo and place into a medium-size mixing bowl.
  • 2.Add garlic powder, molasses, and ketchup to the mixture and stir to blend.
  • 3.Top the mixture with Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Stir well until the mixture appears even and smooth. Add a little volume to the mix by using a hand blender.
  • 4.Cover the top of the mixing bowl with plastic wrap, then place in the refrigerator for at least two hour. Optimally, the sauce will be stored in the refrigerator overnight for maximum flavor.

¼ cup ketchup
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, and garlic powder together in a bowl; add Worcestershire sauce to the mayonnaise mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Sprinkle enough black pepper over the surface of the mayonnaise mixture to cover; stir to incorporate. Repeat sprinkling and stirring of black pepper.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the seasonings have blended into the sauce, at least 2 hours.
