1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Steps:

In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until smooth and thickened. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Shake well before serving.

Steps:

Combine all ingredients except oil in blender.
Blend until smooth.
With blender running, add oil in a slow steady stream.
Continue blending until mixture is thick.
Chill several hours before serving.

1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon paprika
