THREE CHEESE PIZZA
Homemade pizza is the BEST! And when there are 3 cheeses involved, even better! Fast, easy, and better than calling for pizza delivery.

Steps:
- Prep the ingredients. Remove the dough from the refrigerator to bring to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 475°F. Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Grate the fontina cheese on the large side of a box grater. Tear the mozzarella cheese into small pieces. Grate the Grana Padano cheese on the small side of a box grater.
- Make the sauce. In a small pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the chopped garlic; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until slightly softened. Add the tomatoes (carefully, as the liquid may splatter) and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4 to 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Turn off the heat, add the Quark Cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble and bake the pizza. Lightly oil a sheet pan. On a work surface, using your hands and a rolling pin (or a wine bottle), gently stretch and roll the dough to a 1/4-inch thickness. (If the dough is resistant, let rest 5 minutes.) Carefully transfer to the sheet pan; rub into the pan to coat the bottom in oil.
- Leaving a 1-inch border around the edges, spread enough of the sauce onto the dough to coat (you may have extra sauce). Evenly top with the grated fontina cheese, torn mozzarella cheese, and half the grated Grana Padano cheese; season with salt and pepper.
- Blue Apron's recommendation is to bake 17 to 19 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown; however my pizza was done after 14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand at least 2 minutes.
- Slice pizza and serve. Transfer the baked pizza to a cutting board and cut into equal-sized pieces. Serve the sliced pizza with the salad on the side. Garnish the pizza with the remaining grated Grana Padano cheese.
- Prepare the salad. While the pizza bakes, wash and dry the fresh produce. Cut off and discard the root end of the lettuce; separate the leaves. Peel the carrots and grate on the large side of a box grater. Quarter, core, and thinly slice the apple. Combine in a large bowl.
- Make the dressing. In a bowl, whisk together the creamy mustard sauce and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Just before serving, add the almonds and enough of the dressing to coat to the bowl of prepared salad ingredients (you may have extra dressing); season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3-MINUTE PIZZA RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: pizza dough, semolina flour, olive oil, flaky sea salt, tomato sauce, freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese, fresh parsley leaves, garlic chip

Steps:
- Set a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Dust a clean surface with semolina flour. Dust the pizza dough with more flour and divide into 4 portions. Roll out each portion of dough, rotating frequently, to a thin round, dusting with more semolina to prevent sticking. Use a fork to poke holes all over the pizza crusts.
- Gently heat about ¼ inch (½ cm) of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil begins to shimmer, add 1 pizza dough to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, until golden brown, then flip and cook on the other side for 2 minutes more. Use a fork to puncture any air pockets that rise as the dough cooks. Transfer the cooked pizza crust to the wire rack to cool and sprinkle with flaky salt. Repeat with the remaining dough, adding more olive oil as needed.
- Top the crust with the tomato sauce, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, parsley, and garlic chips, if using.
- Slice and serve.
- Enjoy!

CHICAGO DEEP-DISH PIZZA
Home cooks will find deep-dish pizza, with its unique buttery cornmeal crust, more forgiving than its New York counterpart. No need to worry about having the hottest oven or too many toppings - just make sure your sauce is very thick and flavorful! I garnished mine with parsley and more Parmesan cheese.

Steps:
- Pour water into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Sprinkle in yeast and let dissolve, about 10 minutes. Add olive oil, melted butter, sugar, salt, cornmeal, and most of the flour. Knead, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally and adding more flour as needed, until smooth and elastic.
- Transfer dough to a lightly floured work surface. Knead in extra flour if needed. Roll into a ball and place in a bowl greased with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil. Cover with a plate and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in volume, 1 to 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, let pizza sauce simmer in a pot over low heat until very thick, 60 to 90 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Poke dough to deflate and turn out onto your work surface. Press and stretch out dough into a round shape 3 to 4 inches larger than a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Brush skillet with 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil. Place dough in the skillet; stretch and pull to evenly distribute it over the bottom and sides.
- Lay provolone cheese over the bottom of the crust. Scatter fresh mozzarella on top. Add Italian sausage and firm mozzarella. Ladle pizza sauce generously on top. Grate Parmesan cheese on top. Fold the edges of the crust in towards the center to seal in the sides. Drizzle crust and center with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Bake in the center of the preheated oven until crust sounds hollow and pizza is beautifully browned, about 35 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Cast-Iron Pizza With Fennel and Sausage. This pizza recipe has some clever moves: Browning sausage in the same skillet used to bake the pie not only preheats the pan (which is essential for a crisp crust), it also infuses that crust with rich, porky flavor.
- Breakfast Pizza with Sausage, Eggs, Spinach, and Cream. Because the dough rises while you sleep—and because pizza with an egg baked on top is the very best pizza—there's no better time of day to serve this sausage and spinach pie.
- Summer Pizza with Salami, Zucchini, and Tomatoes. It's a pizza. It's a salad. It's... a pizza with a huge salad on top of it. Who can argue? What’s more, store-bought pizza dough gets this family-friendly dinner on the table in less than an hour.
- Detroit-Style Pizza. Detroit-style pie is a thick, rectangular pizza with super-crispy edges, and the sauce is layered on top of the cheese. It is sometimes twice baked, and always delicious.
- Salad Pizza. Cover a just-baked, garlic-scented pizza crust with a crisp salad of Bibb lettuce, blue cheese, prosciutto, and pickled onions, plus plenty of red wine vinaigrette.
- Deluxe Wood-Fired Pizza. Making beautifully charred, wood-fired pizzas at home isn't impossible. With a special pizza-oven attachment, you can instantly turn any kettle charcoal grill into a perfect pie-making machine.
- White Pizza with Shaved Vegetables and Pesto. This pizza recipe is a celebration of spring, covered in pesto and cheese and topped with a veritable salad of peas, crisp asparagus ribbons, zucchini, leeks, and watercress.
- Zucchini, Potato, and Fontina Pizzettas. These lovely and simple little pizzas are a welcome change of pace from the usual red-sauce pie. Get This Recipe.
- Trenton Tomato Pie Pizza. This simple tomato pizza is inspired by the classic tomato pie made at Trenton, New Jersey, favorite DeLorenzo's, where the guys like to bake it "extra-crispy."
- Artichoke, Spinach, and Prosciutto Flatbreads with Spicy Honey. Fair warning: spicy honey is about to become your all-time favorite pizza topping. Get This Recipe.
