This is a good salad for the summer. A friend of my name Jackie gave it to me because it is so good!

- Mix dressing in medium bowl set in fridge to chill. Layer salad as written in large clear bowl or trifle bowl. Top with dressing, top dressing with 2cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese and 1lb of cooked&crumbled Bacon. Cool time is cook time.

- Blend first 6 ingredients together cover and set aside. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and onions in a 13" x 9" serving dish spread cream cheese mixture over the top. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese add layer of bacon. Cover and refrigerate until serving. TIP: When frying bacon for this salad, reserve a few pieces. - Whisk eggs and sugar in medium saucepan. Whisk in vinegar and 2 tablespoons water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; boil 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into medium bowl; whisk in mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Refrigerate until well-chilled.
- Meanwhile, cook potatoes in large saucepan of simmering water over medium to medium-low heat 20 minutes or until just tender when pierced with a knife. Drain; cool. Peel; cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Layer potatoes, celery, red onion, eggs, dressing, green onions and sunflower seeds in large clear bowl.

SEVENTH HEAVEN LAYER SALAD
The dressing for this salad is the best. This is an easy salad to prepare because you can use any type of vegetables you like. Be sure to use a glass bowl, so that everybody can see how pretty it looks.

Steps:
- For dressing, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; blend well using medium speed of an electric mixer. Cover and set aside.
- For salad, layer vegetables and cheese in desired order in a trifle bowl or large glass container. Spread dressing evenly over vegetables. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
- Cover and store in refrigerator.
