These Actifry sprouts are the best you'll have ever had! Flavoured with honey and 'roasted' until slightly caramelised.

Number Of Ingredients 4

500g Brussel Sprouts
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Tsp Honey

Steps:

  • Wash the sprouts then peel off their outer leaves, then slice the bottom root off each and chop in half lengthways
  • To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix to combine
  • Pour into the Actifry and cook (paddle in) for 15-20 minutes - or until cooked to your liking (smaller sprouts will take 15 minutes)
  • Serve!
