AIR-FRIED CAULIFLOWER WITH ALMONDS AND PARMESAN
This garlicky cauliflower side dish gets a deliciously crispy coating of almonds, Parmesan, and thyme as it cooks in the air fryer.

Steps:
- Place cauliflower florets, 2 teaspoons oil, and garlic in a medium bowl; toss to coat. Place in a single layer in an air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer at 360 degrees F (180 degrees C), for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Return cauliflower to the bowl and toss with remaining 1 teaspoon oil. Add Parmesan cheese, almonds, bread crumbs, and thyme; toss to coat. Return cauliflower mixture to the air fryer basket and cook until mixture is crisp and browned, about 5 minutes more.

AIR FRYER GARLIC PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER
Steps:
- Cut head of cauliflower into smaller florets (size is your choice).
- Place cauliflower in a large bowl and add the olive oil. Toss to coat well.
- Mix the garlic powder, Parmesan, bread crumbs and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Air fry at 400F/200C for 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender and coating is golden. Ovens vary so your time may be slightly less or more. Tested in a 5Q basket-style 1500W.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut garlic in half and smash with the blade of a knife. Place in a bowl with oil, salt, and paprika. Add cauliflower and turn to coat.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the bowl of the air fryer and cook to desired crispiness, shaking every 5 minutes, about 15 minutes total.

Steps:
- In a shallow bowl, mix together - Panko, Parmesan Cheese, Oregano, Roasted Garlic powder and Salt
- Beat One Egg in a shallow bowl
- Cut Cauliflower in 3/4 inch to 1 inch thick steaks. Cut the center of the Cauliflower. Save the outside pieces for a snack. Or air fry them also.
- Dip cauliflower "steak" in egg
- Press panko mixture on the cauliflower "steak"
- Spray cooking spray on Air Fryer bottom.
- Place cauliflower into air fryer basket. Spray the Cauliflower with olive oil spray. Cook for 8 minutes in Air Fryer at 400°
- Flip cauliflower over. Spray with cooking spray. Cook for 4 more minutes.
- Place 1/2 to 1 ounce of cheese on each cauliflower steak. Air fry at 400° for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Heat the marinara sauce in a sauce pan.
- When the cheese is melted, remove cauliflower from the Air Fryer
- Top with marinara sauce. Serve with your favorite wine and Enjoy!!!!

- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange half of the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook 10 minutes.
