EASY AIR FRYER APPLE PIES
So very simple, easy, and quick to make.

Steps:
- Place 1 pie crust onto a lightly floured surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Using a 2-1/4-inch round biscuit or cookie cutter cut the pie crust into 10 circles. Repeat with the second pie crust for a total of 20 pie crust circles.
- Fill about 1/2 of each circle with apple pie filling. Place a second pie crust circle on top, making a mini pie. Do not overfill. Press down the edges of the mini pies, crimping with a fork to seal. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place a batch of the mini pies in the air fryer basket, leaving space around each for air circulation.
- Bake until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the basket and bake remaining pies. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- In a small heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until golden brown, 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Transfer to a large bowl. Cool completely until butter is solid., Preheat air fryer to 350°. Line bottom of a greased 8-in. round baking pan that will fit in air fryer; grease paper. Add sugars to butter; beat until crumbly, about 2 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into butter mixture. Fold in toffee bits., Press half the dough onto bottom and up sides of prepared pan. Spread Nutella over dough in pan to within 1/2 in. of edge. Press remaining dough between sheets of parchment into an 8-in. circle. Place over Nutella; pinch edge to seal. If desired, sprinkle with additional sea salt., Cook until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 10-12 minutes. Loosen sides from pan with a knife. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack; remove paper. If desired, dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.

- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls. Flatten with a fork. , Preheat air fryer to 400°. In batches, place 1 in. apart in greased air fryer. Cook until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on the pan and remove to wire racks to cool.

AIR FRYER WALNUT-PUMPKIN PIE COOKIES
They're somewhere between a mini pie and a cookie, perfect for the holidays, but perfect as a snack, dessert, or with a cup of morning coffee any time of year.

Steps:
- Whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, walnuts, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a bowl until well blended.
- Place each of the 2 pie crusts on a lightly-floured surface, and roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Using a 2 1/4-inch round biscuit or cookie cutter, cut each pie crust into 20 circles for a total of 40 circles.
- Fill 20 circles with about 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin filling, leaving 1/3 inch open around the edges. Do not overfill.
- Dip your finger in water and run it around the edge of each circle. Place a second pie crust circle on top. Press down the edges and crimp with a fork to seal. Whisk egg and water together in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the cookies with the egg mixture and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Place a batch of the cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space around each for air circulation.
- Bake until golden brown, about 7 minutes, and remove to a rack to completely cool. Depending on the type and size of your air fryer, you may have to cook in batches, and your timing may vary, so keep your eye on them.
- Whisk 1/4 cup confectioners sugar, 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup, and milk together in a bowl to a drizzle consistency. If glaze is too thick, add a bit more maple syrup. If too runny, just add a little more confectioners' sugar. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies, and allow the glaze to set before serving, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C) for 15 minutes. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, 3-5 minutes. Add the vanilla and egg and continue beating until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed until just combined. Add the chocolate chunks and mix on low speed until just distributed.
- Use a paper towel to lightly grease 2 6-inch cake pans with butter. Divide the cookie dough evenly between the prepared pans, using a spatula to smooth the tops.
- Air fry the cookies, one pan at a time, for 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cookies are no longer jiggly in the center when the pans are shaken.
- Let the cookies cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then top with vanilla ice cream and serve. If the cookies cool down significantly, return to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to warm before serving.
