Cook your holiday ham in a fraction of the time in your air fryer this year! Glazed with a sweet and tangy honey sauce, it only takes 30 minutes to make and is a hit with the whole family!

3 lb boneless spiral ham
½ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoon dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Slice the ham if not pre done.
  • Wrap ham completely in foil paper and place in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook on 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by whisking honey, brown sugar, dijon mustard, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, and salt in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  • After 15 minutes is up, open foil on ham and brush ½ of the glaze on the ham, brushing in between the slices as well. Cover the ham with foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes on 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Once time is up, remove foil and pour the remaining glaze on top.
  • Optional step: If you want a little char on your ham edges, continue to cook ham, uncovered, on 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes.

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Olive Oil Spray
Parsley
Glaze (Optional)

Steps:

  • Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Place the ham in the basket, you can use aluminum foil and place it on this to avoid a messy basket if you are using a glaze.
  • Once the ham is in the basket, coat with brown sugar and top evenly with parsley and a coat of olive oil cooking spray.
  • Cook using the air fryer function at 350*F for 30 minutes.
  • If you are using the glaze, prepare the glaze while the ham is in the air fryer and add it in the last 5-10 minutes of cook time. Just carefully coat the ham with it and then finish cooking.

This easy ham is perfect for Easter dinner, but why wait for a holiday? The brown sugar glaze--made savory-sweet with apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard and allspice-- takes just a few minutes to mix up. And cooking a spiral cut ham in an air fryer produces a delectable, caramelized exterior. Some would say that the leftovers are the best part!

One 2- to 3-pound fully cooked quarter-cut, spiral-cut ham
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

Steps:

  • Remove the ham from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
  • Mix the sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, cinnamon, chili powder and allspice in a small bowl. Cut two 20-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil, overlap them perpendicularly and place the ham in the middle skin-side up. Pour the sugar mixture over the ham, making sure the ham is fully covered. Cover the ham with the foil and seal it to keep the mixture from leaking.
  • Put the ham in a 6-quart air fryer and cook at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes (see Cook's Note); when you open the foil, the ham will be starting to brown and there will be plenty of juices in the foil. Baste the ham thoroughly with the juices. Continue to cook, uncovered, until the slices begin to come apart and the top is a deep brown, another 20 minutes. Baste the ham again with the juices. Continue to cook until the ham is dark and shiny on top but still pink and juicy in the center and an instant-read thermometer registers 140 degrees F, an additional 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the ham to a serving platter and pour the juices into a small saucepan. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes. Simmer the juices over medium-low heat until they thicken into a syrup, about 10 minutes. Pour the sauce over the ham and serve warm or at room temperature.

1 hoagie roll, split lengthwise
4 slices deli sliced salami
2 slices deli ham
4 slices pepperoni
2 slices provolone cheese, divided
2 teaspoons sliced ripe black olives

Steps:

  • Place mushrooms in the basket of the air fryer. Set air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and cook mushroom slices for 5 minutes.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon pesto onto the bottom half of the hoagie bun. Arrange salami slices over the pesto. Add ham and pepperoni.
  • Place 1 slice of cheese over the ham and pepperoni. Top with mushrooms and olives. Add remaining slice of cheese. Spread remaining tablespoon of pesto on the other half of the bun and place on top to complete the sandwich.
  • Place entire sandwich in the basket of the air fryer. Cook until cheese has melted and salami is crisp, about 5 minutes.
