Updated to fix the undercooked crust issue that many people had! Step aside frozen pizza, there's a new guy in town. We're talking about the Air Fryer Pizza! Perfectly crispy, easy to make, personal pan pizzas that are about to revolutionize pizza night.

Buffalo mozzarella
Pizza dough (1 12-inch dough will make 2 personal sized pizzas)
Olive oil
Tomato sauce
Optional toppings to finish: fresh basil, parmesan cheese, pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Prep: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray air fryer basket well with oil. Pat mozzarella dry with paper towels (to prevent a soggy pizza).
  • Cook Crust: Roll out pizza dough to the size of your air fryer basket. Carefully transfer it to the air fryer, then brush lightly with a teaspoon or so of olive oil. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Assemble: To the precooked crust, spoon on a light layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle with chunks of buffalo mozzarella.
  • Bake: For about 7 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese has melted. Optionally top with basil, grated parmesan, and pepper flakes just before serving.

These pizza puffs taste just like cheesy pizza and can easily be made in the air fryer with just three ingredients! Serve up with some pizza sauce and you have yourself a delicious appetizer, snack or meal!

1 (8-ounce) can crescent roll dough sheet (226g)
32 slices Turkey pepperoni (56g)
3/4 cup 2% shredded mozzarella cheese (84g)
Pizza sauce (optional for dipping)

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 °F.
  • Cut pepperoni slices into quarters and set aside.
  • Lay a piece of parchment paper out on the counter top (big enough to spread the dough sheet) and stretch out the dough sheet as much you can without breaking the dough. I used a roller for this but you don't need to.
  • Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut dough into 12 triangles.
  • Add pepperoni to center of each triangle (about 5g each), then shredded cheese (7g each).
  • Keeping the pepperoni and cheese in the dough, fold up so that they both stay secured in the dough. Then flatten out with hands to spread the puff out more.
  • Spray pizza puffs on both sides with cooking spray then add to the air fryer so that none of them are touching (I had to do it in two batches). Cook for about 2 minutes or until puffs are golden brown.
  • Let cool, then serve with pizza sauce (if desired).

These homemade Air Fryer Pizza Roll Ups are so easy to throw together for a snack, party, or game day appetizer. With just 5 simple ingredients(string cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce, flour tortillas, and olive oil), you can have these ready to eat in no time!

4 8 inch flour tortillas
4 tablespoons pizza sauce
20 slices pepperoni
2 mozzarella string cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Warm the tortillas: Stack the 4 tortillas onto a microwavable safe plate and place a damp paper towel on top. Microwave for 20 seconds until the tortillas are warm. You can also use a tortilla warmer if you have one.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and set the time for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the string cheese in half lengthwise.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and add about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce at the bottom. Add 5 pepperoni slices on top of the pizza sauce, then add the string cheese on top of the pepperoni and roll all of the ingredients into a roll up. Repeat for each tortilla until you have 4 roll ups.
  • Brush the top of each roll up evenly with olive oil as this will add a little extra crispiness to the roll ups.
  • Add the pizza roll ups to the air fryer, seam down, add cook for 5 minutes or until the pizza roll ups are golden brown.
  • Carefully remove the pizza rolls ups from the air fryer, let cool, then enjoy! These taste great dipped in some pizza sauce.

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°. Shape dough into 1-1/2-in. balls; flatten into 1/8-in. thick circles. Place 1 pepperoni slice and 1 cheese cube in center of each circle; wrap dough around pepperoni and cheese. Pinch edges to seal; shape into a ball.
