AIR FRYER SALMON AND ASPARAGUS FOR ONE
A wonderful meal for one, ready in a flash. The sauce is slightly smoky, slightly tangy, and slightly sweet-the perfect complement to perfectly cooked salmon and tender asparagus.

Steps:
- Stir together honey, olive oil, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk well to form a slightly thick sauce.
- Brush about 1/2 of the marinade all over both sides of the salmon fillet and place it into the air fryer basket. Air-fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 4 minutes.
- Open the basket and place the asparagus around the fillet as best you can, being careful not to cover it. Brush remaining sauce all over the asparagus and on top of the salmon fillet.
- Air-fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender, 6 to 7 more minutes.

- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, season salmon fillet with salt, Greek seasoning, pepper, and dill.
- Line the inner basket of the air fryer with a perforated parchment round. Place salmon onto the parchment, skin side down.
- Air fry salmon until salmon is cooked through, about 15 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Mix Dijon, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
- Place frozen salmon fillets in the prepared air fryer basket. Place in the preheated air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.

EASY AIR FRYER GLAZED SALMON

- Line a baking pan small enough to fit into your air fryer with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and wasabi in a glass or ceramic bowl large enough to fit the salmon fillet. Add salmon and lightly cover with plastic wrap. Marinate for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Transfer salmon to the prepared baking pan and spoon sauce mixture over fish. Sprinkle with seafood seasoning and paprika.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with pan juices, 20 to 25 minutes.

- Place honey in a microwave safe dish and heat for 10 seconds until slightly warm.
- Add in the turmeric, coriander, chili powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes into the warmed honey and mix very well until all are incorporated.
- Wash and pat dry the salmon fillets. When salmon fillets are dry, spoon on the honey-chili mixture onto each, making sure to coat the sides as well (this is messy and you will have to wash your air-fryer pan).
- Then, place the salmon fillets in an air fryer, set temperature to 400°F and set time to 12 minutes. When time is up, remove salmon fillets and enjoy with your favorite sides.
