This is a recipe I created because I simply love champagne and wanted to treat my champagne to a little treat.

Steps:
- Fill a martini shaker half way with crushed ice, then add vodka and orange liqueur. Fill the rest of the way with champagne. Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange slices.

Steps:
- In a tall glass, combine soda and a couple of mint sprigs. Crush mint. Add juice, mango and light rum; mix. Add ice and top with dark rum. Umbrella optional!

- Chill a martini glass.
- Place the raspberries, lime juice, water and simple syrup in a blender and pulse until smooth.

AMALFI LEMON, CHILLI & ANCHOVY SPAGHETTI

- Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a low heat and fry the garlic for 2-3 mins, or until just turning golden at the edges. Remove from the heat and leave for 15 mins for the garlic to infuse in the oil.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta following pack instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 150ml of the cooking water. Remove the garlic from the infused oil, then tip in the cooked spaghetti, the chillies, anchovies, parsley, lemon zest and juice, and the parmesan. Add 50ml of the reserved water and toss with tongs until combined. Add a little more water to loosen, if you like. Season. Divide between four shallow bowls.

I found this cocktail on the Drinkmixer website. This is a tropical drink for two with a soft pink tint (from the grenadine), which is best served in tiki mugs.

- Mix first 4 ingredients in large pitcher. Cover pitcher with plastic wrap and place in freezer until mixture is cold, about 3 hours. Remove pitcher from freezer; add ice cubes. Stir briskly to melt ice partially. Strain into chilled Martini glasses. Garnish each glass with orange twist.
