- Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple, milk, sugar and poppy seeds in a bowl. I usually let it sit overnight to completely combine.
- Mix well. Use to mix with shredded cabbage, fruit salad or other salads.

It was adapted to the large scale used at the restaurant. You request only the dressing, but if you add it to slaw, use about 1 head cabbage (shredded) and toss until cabbage is well coated.
